There Is Nothing Like Peace of Mind

Let's face it; life has changed.


Long gone are times spent on the front porch listening to birds or observing squirrels leap from branch to branch.


Once upon a time, people weren't obsessed with convincing others how amazing they were.


Their sense of worth came from within their soul.


Today, people's lives exist by schedules, not connections.


They depend on followers for their basic need to belong.


Often I evaluate my day and notice the wasted time.


Facebook and Instagram have sucked my soul right out of me.


It became apparent my wasted time on social media drained me when I lost my positive energy.


Negative thinking patterns became the norm.


It's easy to gain weight when you're not motivated.


How did I get here?


I realized I had to do something different, but how?


Where do I return to doing the simple things in life that make me feel good about myself?


I felt that there was so much more in the world for me to see and do, so I decided to get back to the basics.


It has been some time since I had a heart-to-heart with myself.


When was the last time you sat down and examined your heart?


Tucked away inside each of us are our true selves.


The person God intended us to be.


Our intuition guides and adjusts our focus on what's important.


Are you doing the things that matter most to you?


Think about all the places you want to go, things you want to experience, and people you want to see.


You get out of life what you give.


Do what you need to do to make yourself happy.


Stand up for needs!


Ask God to give you the courage to put one foot in front of the other.


Many of our anxieties come from not doing what we need to do to take care of ourselves.


Give it your best shot to live a life with purpose because that's all you can give.


What's the worst if you end up right where you are?


It's time you fight for your life, your mental health, and your peace of mind.
