Alcohol Recovery Coach

Katie Lain struggled with alcohol use disorder for nearly a decade, drinking 1–2 bottles of wine most nights, until she discovered a revolutionary science-based treatment: the Sinclair Method. This approach uses the medication naltrexone to target alcohol addiction neurologically, allowing Katie to gradually reduce her drinking to just 1–2 glasses of wine per month. She describes the experience as becoming truly empowered over alcohol. Today, Katie is "accidentally" alcohol-free, having lost interest in drinking entirely. She now dedicates her life to advocating for and supporting others in using this transformative and highly effective—yet largely unknown—treatment for alcohol use disorder.
